Welcome back to the Holistic Millionaire podcast. So excited to connect with you. And I love the topic for this week's episode. We're going to be talking about growing and scaling your business to multiple six figures, half a million dollars, million dollars, multiple million dollars by doing it your way.

So when we talk about alignment, this is going into deeper levels of connectivity with who you are in your authentic self, deeper levels of your divine destiny with what you came here to do. So we're going to dive into how do you release, unveil, go into those deeper levels of connectivity to

really build a business where you're doing it your way, which is authentic, true to the core of who you are. So you have that flow in growing and scaling your business. So we're going to dive deep into that today. I want to give you also just an update with what's going on in the holistic business school. we have a lot going on in our Facebook group, the rise of the holistic millionaire.

I haven't done a podcast episode about Italy, but I definitely will be doing that. feel like I'm still processing just the amazing.

profound experience that, you know, the Italy retreat was and just traveling to Italy, I'll still get these like, just flashes of memories and things that we were doing and just insights. So it's been profound to just integrate everything that happened in Italy. And I still feel like so much is just still unfolding from that powerful experience.

Um, so definitely I will be talking about it, um, you know, moving forward and I'll dedicate, uh, an entire episode to the Italy experience. The other thing that's happening is we are rolling out new curriculum in the holistic business school. We're really going into a new era. You know, we've been, we've had this business for the last 15 years.

And it just feels like just an incredible wave of energy is just coming through and just where we're heading with what we're building out in the holistic business school. It even includes that I'm moving. actually have a physical office that I've had for, I think like 13 years. What's funny about it. It's like five minutes away from my home and

I am barely there, but for some reason I love the office. I love the energy there. I love knowing it's there. Like I could have a meeting with anyone at any time in person. but I'm moving, I'm moving on and it feels really good. and so I've been looking like, I'm like, do I want to rent space? So I've been looking at a coworking space.

the place that I'm looking at is really beautiful. And it's funny cause my mom had found this place maybe like a year and a half ago. It's funny. My mom always finds employees for me. She finds actually the office that I'm moving out of when I, know, 13 years ago, she found this office space.

So I always just kind of trust that she's in the divine flow. And so she had told me about this place a year and a half ago, but I wasn't really ready to look at anything else. Uh, but I went to go look at it again and I'm like, you know, I really like the energy here. So, uh, so that is a possibility that yeah, our office, you know, well, we'll definitely move our mailbox to that new location. But I'm looking at if I'm going to rent space because

When I rented the space here 13 years ago, I'm just like, I'm going to go to the office and I'm going to do my work. those of you that when you are working from home and I have such a beautiful office here at home, I have lots of windows, I have everything set up just the way that I love it. So sometimes it's hard to leave, you know, it's hard to leave the home and go to another place. And, ⁓ so I don't know if I will rent another office space.

I might just, you can rent, you know, like go for a half a day or a few hours. So I might just experiment and just see what that feels like. It was funny. I was talking to, you know, the woman that was showing me around and I said, you know, I have an office space already. I've had it for 13 years and I barely there. And she's like, you know, there's, there were, there was an office.

company that moved into this co-working space. And what they were saying is they had a mix of employees could be in person or they could work remotely. think they were just giving people a choice. But then when they moved into this co-working space, because there was more activity, more energy, more action going on that actually more of their employees decided to come into work. So she said,

know, this might be a little different for you because there's, you know, the office space that I had, there was, ⁓ I was sharing it with, two guys that have an investment company. And so only one of them was there. So I would go there and chat with him, you know, as I was going in to do some work or pick up my mail, whatever I was doing there. so it might make a difference if there's just more activity, more.

connections developing there, so I will keep you posted to let you know. We also checked out a new place to host our retreats. So typically we do a retreat in July, August of every year, but I'm wanting to actually do more frequent retreats. So then I was like looking at additional locations. So where we looked was amazing and has such an incredible backstory.

It was bought by a family that they're, they purchased it from these nuns that were from Switzerland. And I would love to hear why they came from Switzerland to Wisconsin. So, so they were there for many years and they are cloistered nuns and they also have a business where they make the host for, I think Catholic.

communion and they send this out around the world and so just kind of hearing their story and seeing just What they've done with the place since they've the family bought it two years ago. It's also at the Edge of the driftless region here in Wisconsin. So

part of Wisconsin, the glacier came through and then another part the glacier did not go through. they call it's like kind of different energy. So on one side, the land is flat and then it gets very hilly and, just more contoured. So this property is right at the ridge of that transition, which has special spiritual significance as well.

They're also honoring the original people on the land, the indigenous, the Ho-Chunk Nation. And so they're, they have a spa there. And so each room is named with a name from the Ho-Chunk language, which I love. But it was so amazing. The energy there is just has such a deep, profound energy from all those layers of the.

the different things that have happened on the land. They host retreats there and also weddings. so we'll see what unfolds, but it was amazing and just really inspiring to go there and just really meet the family, you know, just the energy that they're holding as they're building this out. And then what else is happening here? We normally do a retreat in Florida, like

February, so we're starting to do some planning for that. So I'm, I may go to Florida to just look at each year. I like to look and see if we can find a place on the beach, a hotel or Airbnb. So, so I'm just kind of doing some scoping and so we'll keep you posted with that. Many people, I was just talking to someone the other day and they're like, you know,

I plan my schedule like a year in advance sometimes two years in advance. Do you know when your next retreats are? And I'm like, that is a great question. We are just the energy is moving so fast and I can't imagine planning something like a year from now. Although we are planning our couples retreat in Greece, we're starting to plan that that will be in September of next year. So that's probably the biggest.

heads up that we'll be doing for any of our events. just think the energy is just moving so quickly. But we will keep you posted. So with all of those updates, let's dive into do it your way. growing your business to the next level. This time of year, oftentimes the new energy for the new level of your business is starting to come through and

The way that I look at it is we are co-creating our businesses with the divine. We have our spiritual team and our spiritual connection. are being guided with what is wanting to come through. And with that, we have our own unique wiring of how we like to flow.

Then there's the divine collaboration that's happening. So it's this intersection of both of those things that I want to talk about. How are you being guided right now? What is the unfolding of your spiritual gifts? What is the message that's important that you are sharing through your work? So one of the

messages, you know, that we've been talking about in the holistic business school. One is the rise of the wise woman. And that is, you know, through the holistic business school through the rise of the holistic millionaire, bringing the soul wisdom through all of you listening to the podcast, all of you in the holistic business school, all of you in the rise of the holistic millionaire, all of your wisdom.

is meant to be coming through loud and clear. We need soul wisdom, particularly from holistic professionals, that consciousness to be brought into the world. So how are you being tapped on the shoulders? So the first thing doing it your way is what is the message? What is the message that your soul wisdom is wanting to bring out right now? What?

is the world needing to hear from you, right? So for us, the message is we need more soul wisdom. We need the powerful holistic professionals in the world who have all these amazing spiritual gifts to be shining their light, to be sharing their soul wisdom. So that is what is coming through. So what is coming through with your message?

thought leadership, what is coming through with your business, what is important for you to be sharing right now. So one of my favorite questions I always like to ask people, if you were given five minutes on the world stage to give one message, what would that message be? And that is what you want to focus on, right?

The other dimension of that too, because sometimes I hear people sharing, they'll still, I'll ask a question like that, or I'll hear people's answers. And sometimes there's not enough uniqueness. There's not enough refinement of that message. So I want you to dig a little bit deeper.

specificity, even deeper clarity. Let your inside voice be your outside voice because a lot of times if I dig a little deeper with clients in the holistic business school, there is a deeper message that's wanting to come out. There is a deeper level of clarity. The second part of doing it your way is what is your unique

your unique gifts. How do you like when you're growing and scaling your business? I always love to find the business building avenues that you naturally like to do anyway. So if you're a teacher, you need to teach in your marketing activities. If you're a speaker, you need to speak in your activities. If you're a writer, you need to write more with your activities.

What are those things that you just naturally love doing? And can you integrate that into your marketing, into your business building, in the work with your clients? So what is that unique? What are the things that you love to do? I remember coaching one of my very first holistic professionals that I was coaching over

15, 16, 17 years ago, I remember having a coaching session with one of them. And I just said, what is the configuration of how you want to spend your days? Because it was for her, it was seeing one-on-one clients and doing groups and writing a book and doing speaking. And so there was like a certain configuration and flow of those activities.

And I was asking like, what is your right mix? What is the, it's almost like a recipe and you want the right mix of the flow of your days. Some clients I work with, they're like, I, some of them do one-on-one work and they're like, I just love seeing one-on-one clients all throughout the day.

Other clients are like, no, I need more freedom to have a different flow in my day. So I need spaciousness in my calendar. And that's why we teach the signature program. The signature program design creates a lot of spaciousness in your business. And that's what I learned I needed, seeing clients back to back day in and day out, even though I ⁓ love.

You know, love the work that I did in my first business. I love the work that I do with clients. love meeting with, you know, some of our clients are working with me at a VIP diamond level. Or if I'm meeting with someone in the holistic business school, I absolutely love it. And I like looking at a day where there is nothing scheduled and I get to design my day just the way that I want it. So what is the...

What is the way that you're working that you can make more aligned and keep close to yourself? Really honor yourself.

because we want you to do it your way. And just jot down some notes about what might need to shift and change. And sometimes this might shift quarter by quarter. One of the things we have in the holistic business schools, have you reevaluate your holistic CEO schedule every quarter. So it's taking a look at what you needed this quarter.

might be different than what you need where your energy is moving for the next quarter and you can make an adjustment. One of the things that I did in the last quarter, I think the last two quarters is I took the last month of every week, the last week of every month was my holistic CEO week where I could work on projects, know, rest.

go on a trip, you know, it was just like wide open with what I could do. And it was amazing that I could do that in my schedule. And it was such a gift. Right now I'm like, I don't know if I want to do that anymore, but for the next quarter when I'm looking at quarter, the next, yeah, the next quarter, I'm just for some reason it was exciting and I loved it for the two quarters that I did it. I just don't.

It doesn't feel like a match to me, but I don't know if I'll do anything else. You know, there might be a different configuration that feels amazing. So finding a way that works for you and do it your way.

Number three of do it your own way is what is your perception of a million dollar holistic business? What does that conjure up in your mind?

And is that appealing to you or not? Because a lot of times we have these perceptions, either conscious or unconscious, that either feel exciting and enlivening to us, or they feel like, ⁓ I have to do that. And I want you just to flip that on your head and go, you get to do it your way. You can have a big team.

You can have a streamline team, you know, with AI, with systems. Like for us, we have a very systemized business. So it's very simple. Like the back end of it is very simple. It's easy to run because of all the systems that we have. So I really love that simplicity and that ease. There's not a lot.

of complexity. I mean, you take a look at our schedule and we have a lot going on, but ultimately it's like easy to run. So what is for you, you know, what is your vision? What would light you up in terms of

You know, what kind of team do you want to have?

structure of your business, lots of calls, you know, with clients or like for us, we have lots of opportunities. We essentially have a call, a session people can attend Monday through Thursday, which I really love. I really love when I'm in a program. I love a lot of,

availability to connect and ask questions and be a part of a community. but you might not like that as for delivery. One call a week might be great for you. So tuning into, business structure and what a million dollar business or half a million dollar business. And that's the other thing. When we talk about the milestones, growing your business to 250,000.

500,000, 750,000, a million dollars. For some of you, you might get to a half a million and you're like, this is perfect. This is my sweet spot. I'm just gonna keep, I'm gonna be at a half a million dollar business and that is what I love. If you wanna keep growing after that, you absolutely can. We are growing a $10 million company and part of that is because that is what.

my spiritual team shared with me and they're like, here's what, here's, here's what you're doing. And, ⁓ and then all I said back was I need to do it my way. Hence the name of this podcast. So, so I'm like, I will collaborate with all that you're wanting me to do here. And, but I'm going to continue to do it in alignment. And of course my spiritual team is like, well, of course. Yes.

course you're going to do it that way. so doing it your way, growing your business to whatever level you want to. And number four, this is one of my favorite concepts is just getting comfortable with breaking rules, breaking your own rules and break other people's rules. Right? This is what will help you get into deeper levels of alignment. Cause a lot of times people are

operating from rules that they didn't even know that they had, right? See if you can become conscious of those and see if you can break free of what those rules are. I love hearing stories of people just stepping outside the box with how they're running their companies, how they're leading. I love innovation. So.

Can you break your own rules and break other rules that just don't make sense to you?

so you can do it your own way.

So with that, we will...

do a guided imagery to kind of help you go into that deeper level of connectivity. So taking a few deep breaths as you breathe, imagine roots extending from the bottom of your feet and the base of your spine.

And as those roots are extending, connecting with Mother Earth.

Feeling yourself connecting with your body, with your breath, with Mother Earth.

connecting with your authentic self that you are an unlimited spiritual being having a human experience feeling that gratitude for all of what you get to experience being in physical form bringing your spiritual gifts to the planet living your divine destiny creating your life so it is a hand-crafted life

This is you designing what would light you up, what would feel good to your heart, to your spirit, to your soul, what would feel amazing to your inner child, nurturing all the different parts of you. So just breathing into that.

giving yourself permission to do it your way.

with your spiritual team.

feeling their joy and their celebration. They like that idea of you doing it your own way. So just breathing into that.

feeling that gratitude for your spiritual connection, feeling that gratitude for this amazing opportunity to be in physical form, having these amazing experiences of lining up with your authentic self, sharing your spiritual gifts, creating an amazing juicy life.

Breathing into that fully. And then coming back into the room. Tapping both of your feet on the floor, gently rubbing the tops of your legs, giving yourself a big squeeze, opening your eyes, stretching if you need to stretch.
