We're going to be talking about the three steps to fun, freedom, and flow in your holistic business. Isn't that exciting? few years actually. The last time I went was like in July, which is not the time you want to be going to Austin, Texas. So I was so excited when we were planning this trip and this event came up. I was like, yay, it's going to be in April, right? So I'm so excited. I'm so excited that Patrick is joining me and he loves traveling with me. I'm so grateful he can come with me. He works remotely, so he will just be working from

Austin and then we'll be doing some exploring together and he's going to connect with a friend which is wonderful. so I'm just so thrilled to be traveling. know, prior to the pandemic I used to travel sometimes every single month like never, you know, so was such a big shock to my system during the pandemic. I'm like how am I going to not

travel all the time. So it feels so good to be in that rhythm. I think I found like a perfect balance. We're going to be traveling to Austin, then we're going to Costa Rica, the end of the month, which I'm so thrilled for. That trip is coming together, you know, so amazingly. There's been so much divine unfolding and synchronicities. The people that are signing up, I am so excited and thrilled that they're coming to this retreat.

So let's dive into three steps to fun, freedom and flow in your holistic business. And the first key and the first step to that is making sure that you are integrating things that you really love in your business. And, you know, we talk about living your divine destiny and you know, what you're doing in your business, but it's continuing to tap into like, what is lighting you up in your business?

following that energy of passion, following that energy of inspiration, because there is that aliveness with your business. We also want, and I wanna kind of, there is a balance here between following your passion and your inspiration to having a solid foundation for your business as well. So as you dial in with who your ideal client is, what your signature program is,

all the different infrastructure of building and scaling your million dollar business and finding that beautiful alignment. Once you dial into that, then the next layer is keeping in touch with that inspiration and passion that guided you to the clarity to begin with because there's going to be continual layers of that unfolding and morphing as the business is evolving.

And I want you to stay in touch with that energy, but I also don't want you to get distracted because so often, you know, I've seen clients, I've seen colleagues of mine, friends that end up sabotaging themselves by going in a completely different direction when if they would have kept going in that path, that is where they were meant to be going. That's where the success and the alignment, the expansion and abundance was.

So I don't want you to self-sabotage by going from, you know, different passions, getting distracted. I want you to stay laser focused on what you have come here to do, your divine destiny, and continue to tap into the passion and inspiration that, you know, creates that fun and freedom and flow. It's that passion, that inspiration that's coming through, but just to watch.

that it does not distract you. The second thing with tapping into more fun, freedom and flow is making sure that you are nurturing those things that you really love to do on a personal level. There's the things that you love and light you up in your business. And then there's a whole other category of things that you love to do in your personal life that are different, right?

So some of you like to hike and be in nature, right? Some of you like to do yoga. Some of you like bike riding. Some of you like to, you are into art, right? You do maybe watercolors. You might like to write as a hobby of yours. So what are those passions and hobbies and things that you want to explore? Many of you like to travel, right? That's why, you know, we love

You know, I love traveling for business. I love traveling and leading retreats. That is one of my hobbies is travel. So finding those things and making sure you continue to nurture those things because that, and here's the key of why nurturing hobbies and passions that are personal is the key to creating that.

know, fun, freedom and flow in your business, but also is the key to you growing your business. I'll share a story with one of my clients who had crossed the million dollar mark and we were talking about continuing to work together to, you know, move that one million to multiple millions. And the key conversation that we were having is that their personal life needed to be nurtured.

because they were, and this is one of the keys to growing your business to the next level, is you personally need to be nurtured. Your lifestyle, the flow of things needs to be supporting you on such a deep level. And it's kind of like a flower that needs the right nutrients, the right environment. You are creating that nurturing environment with your passions.

and with your hobbies, with creating that juicy life that is nurturing. And a great place to tune into to make sure you're doing this enough is tapping into your inner child. What are the things that your inner child loves to do? And think of the things as a child that you love to do.

I know for me, many of the things that I am doing that I'm tapped into, you my passions today are things that I loved doing as a child. One is I was entrepreneurial as a child. I always wanted to make my own money. That was really important to me. And it was fun. It was exciting. You know, I had my first, you know, I tell the story of my first babysitting jobs is my mom helped me come up with my advertisement on a little card.

And we went around my neighborhood. was stand, you know, stand at the end of the neighborhood. And as I went up to the door and I was super shy, like that was not comfortable for me. It was really hard. So when I talk and coach our clients with sacred selling and putting yourself out there, I'm like, I know what it's like. And I'm so grateful for my mom for supporting me to, you know, I really wanted those babysitting jobs and I did get them from going around.

and advertising. So I was passionate about that. The other thing that I was passionate about was videos. We had this family video. We would watch movies. We would take movies and then watch the movies. And I was just like enamored and fascinated by video. there was something about like watching the videos over again. It like brought me back, you know, cause they were good memories of our family being together. It was fun. It was creative.

And so I remember when my parents were gone, because it was like an eight millimeter and we had like this projector and you had to like wrap the film around in the right way in order to have it properly cast onto the screen or the wall. I can't even remember what we were casting it on.

But I just remember I was obsessed. I was obsessed about watching the movies, how, you know, and so fast forward to this day, you know, one of the key things that, you know, I use in my business is like video and training. I'm in front of the camera like most of the day. And so it's something that, you know, I was passionate about as a child. And so what are those things as a child that you were passionate about?

One more thing that I was passionate about was creating community. And I would, you know, just create community with my friends, create community. I had a carnival in the neighborhood. I always loved the feeling of big groups getting together. I just always felt really at home and I loved the energy that got created. So fast forward, you know, I teach people how to develop signature group programs and

you know, lead workshops and retreats, all of these things, bringing people together so they can have these powerful transformational experiences. And that has been a passion of mine since the beginning, right? So tune into those things that you loved doing as a child and tap into those things again and make sure you're nurturing yourself with those things. The third thing to create fun, freedom and flow in your life is to

tap into your spiritual connection and ask the question, what would create more freedom, fun and flow and see what you get back. Your spiritual guidance, your spiritual team is oftentimes giving you an endless supply of ideas to help you expand, to make things better, to make things more fun and to create more freedom and flow. And the key thing though is to listen, right?

So quieting your mind, asking that question, you can do journaling and say, what could I do to bring more fun, freedom and flow? Because these are, you know, this is really the key for the holistic business school. What we're supporting you to do is we're wanting you to grow and scale that million dollar business joyfully and sustainably. This is about the joy of the journey, right? That you're enjoying the

And so asking your spiritual guidance because oftentimes they are you're living out of old patterns that you might might have learned from your parents or your family system or old patterns of yours that you've been stuck in that are making things harder than it needs to be. And your spiritual guidance is like, wait a minute, there's there's a much easier path.

So listen to the soft, subtle voice that is giving you these nudges to gently, you know, bring you in that path where you can have more of that fun and freedom and flow. So we are going to do a guided imagery to kind of anchor what we're talking about today. So if you want to just close your eyes and just feeling that gratitude for your spiritual connection, for this

beautiful idea of creating more freedom, fun, and flow in your holistic business and in your life. And just as you breathe, just opening up to that beautiful energy of connecting with your spirit, remembering that you are this powerful, beautiful, magnificent spiritual being having a human experience.

and you get to create whatever journey you want to. You know, you have this unlimited potential. You've come to the planet as a soul of service to really create transformation, share your spiritual gifts, but also create a beautiful life of fun, freedom, and flow. So breathing into that intention.

to bring more of that into your holistic business, into your life, and see if you can open up to your spiritual connection, open up to some ideas that your spiritual connection can share with you in this moment. What are some things that would just open up that energy even more?

have more of a sense of freedom and feeling like the day unfolded in a way that just flowed.

Breathing in, opening up to that message or messages from your spiritual connection.
