Welcome back to the Holistic Millionaire Podcast. Super excited to connect with you. It's been a while. We have been in Florida. We were leading the Holistic Business School retreat. And then I was there for a week longer, which was amazing. So today's topic, and actually the other thing I'm doing, which I always love sharing about this, is we're doing

our cleanse again for this month. We did it, gosh, I don't even know how long ago the last cleanse was, but it is time. It's almost like that spring cleaning. So doing some cleansing of my body. Also in the Holistic Business School on our Sacred Selling Challenge, we have mindset mastery and also decluttering.

You know, just clearing out your home and your office so you can align with that next level in your business. So today's topic we're going to be talking about three steps to deeper self love as you grow your holistic business. One of the things you know it we always talk so much about self love, right? It's just one of those things that we're always, you know, reinforcing talking about. So I'm going to try to come at it from a different angle.

to kind of go into a deeper layer of it for holistic business owners in particular. So the first thing for a deeper self-love is one of the most powerful things you can do is be a demonstration of the things you teach your clients. So one of the phrases I'll use with our clients is be a product of your product.

So whatever you're teaching day in and day out, you know, in your signature program with your clients, you want to be reinforcing that and doing that in your own life and getting, you know, giving yourself the gift of the benefit of what you teach your clients. So I know this sounds very like, of course, Shelley, but a lot of times I see holistic professionals not doing what they're actually teaching.

So you want to just tune in and give yourself the gift and make a list of ways that you're in alignment and ways that you might be out of alignment. And one of the things with self love and self care, people can kind of go in and out, right? So you can have periods where you're really great and you're kicking out of the park. And then you might go into a phase where you fall off. And so there can be that process of kind of

being in alignment, getting out of alignment, and then coming back. And there's a learning process each time that happens as well. So just opening up to that. But initially, just do a review. And this is not to be hard on yourself or critical of yourself, but just be looking, being aware. And when I coach people around this, I'll just say, why don't you give yourself the gift?

of what gets to happen when you do all of these things in your own life, right? So you wanna just be in alignment, being that demonstration of what you're actually teaching. The second step in moving into deeper levels of self-love is moving into deeper levels of being the loving wise adult. So if you look at the loving wise adults,

in regards to your holistic business is are you in alignment with doing your prep, your passion, your what you came here to do and is the loving wise adult? Are you operating with moving yourself in that direction of alignment? Some of you might be at the earlier phases of you moving into alignment in your business. Some of you are seasoned holistic business owners and there's always a next level of

passion and alignment. So you want to just tune in and cheering yourself on from the Loving Wise Adult and making sure you're following where your energy is wanting you to go. Because oftentimes your passion, know, that momentum, your spiritual team often is guiding you to the next level in your holistic business. But there can be fears, there can be, am I really ready?

you know, all those things that are going on. And the loving wise adult is following where the energy is going and saying, this is where I need to be. This is where I need to take courageous action and line up with this energy. So that is a reflection of deep self love is staying close to yourself, watching where your energy is going and then following where that energy is wanting to take you and doing that.

at every level in your holistic business. In my first holistic business, that is how I made every major decision as I grew and evolved that business. like, what am I most excited about? What is it lighting me up? What's inspiring me? And then I would follow that energy into what I was teaching about, what I would do workshops on, the curriculum and training that I would do with my clients was all based on keeping in touch.

and keeping up with that passion and excitement. The third step to a deeper self-love in your business is really taking a look at making sure that what is happening in the business, in your holistic business, is supporting you deeply on a personal level.

We want your life to get more juicy, more amazing, more expansive, more aligned as your business is growing. So as you're supporting your clients, as you're growing your business, their life is getting better and better, and you want your life to be getting better and better. So you want to be taking a look at how is my holistic business

supporting that greater expansion in my life, in my family's life, and making sure that that expansion is happening. And if there isn't, you want to do some journaling and some reflection. How can I, you know, what's happening in my holistic business support me personally? How can I live all of my dreams personally and professionally?

and use that awareness to make some shifts. One of the things that was interesting in a call with our higher level visionary builders is one of the themes that's going on in the HEC group is they're designing events around things that they're really excited about that they would just naturally do anyway. One of our clients was

you know, did a session, a VIP session with a client where they were walking on the beach and doing this kind of deep transformative work that they were doing. And she was like, I could have just done that all day. was so exactly what I wanted to do and exactly the way that I wanted to work with this client.

So begin to think of what are some of these things that you're naturally inspired to do? Many of you love to travel and that's why you wanna lead retreats and you want to explore places with your clients. So that's a passion of yours. So that's a very common theme for many of our clients as well. So make a list of those things that are exciting, inspiring for you and how can you...

integrate the work that you do with clients where you can bring them along with you. Another one of our clients was sharing that and this is what is possible in the coaching field. This isn't something that if you're a traditionally trained psychotherapist, this wouldn't happen, but she had did immersion with a client where they actually came and they

stayed with her for four days, three or four days, and they would do some private sessions together. But then the rest of the time was kind of what she did on a daily basis. The client actually wanted to see and what more powerful way to kind of see an embodiment of what the coach was teaching. She could see it in real life example of someone living this out.

Sometimes we learn the best by seeing powerful examples. So doing an immersion like that, and we were having the discussion, some of our clients were like, yeah, I would totally love that, or I would love this dimension of that, but not this dimension. So beginning to reflect on what you love to do that you can bring your clients along and share your passions.

And let's what we'll do next is go into a guided imagery, you know, so as you're stepping into deeper levels of self love, as you're growing and scaling your holistic business, we're going to just do some moving into that opening up to the deeper level of self love. So if you want to just close your eyes, taking a few deep breaths and as you breathe, imagine your

self-connecting with your authentic self, your spirit, with who you came here to be. And imagine that beautiful energy of light and love and adventure and freedom and all of your spiritual gifts. And imagine as you breathe into that energy that you are holding space for your essence. So you're kind of pulling away from your essence and then

seeing yourself through the eyes of your loving wise adult, of your spiritual connection. And you are seeing all the dimensions of who you are and you are sending love to who you are, your essence. And you're just staying in that space of love and appreciation and seeing yourself clearly for who you really are.

And so just breathing into that, imagine that energy extending from you, your loving wise adult, your spiritual connection, and just emanating towards your essence. Feeling that energy of love, appreciation, and really seeing yourself clearly for who you are at the core level, that you're this beautiful, magnificent,

spiritual being having a human experience. So seeing yourself in your full energy, this radiant light and shimmering energy and all of these beautiful qualities and just breathing into that radiating love to who you are.

And really setting that intention to move into these deeper levels of self-love as you're growing your business. Knowing that that deeper commitment is going to allow you to grow and scale your business joyfully, sustainably, and that with each step of the way as your business grows, your self-love is growing as well.

So taking a deep breath into your belly and then coming back into the room.
