So excited to connect with you and so excited to connect with you on the topic that we're going to be talking about today, which is the five steps to scale to six and seven figures. As we are progressing, the bigger picture is lots of shifting going on in the collective. And whenever we're making a big transition,
We can either navigate that transition from our authentic selves, our higher selves, or from the protective patterns of our conditioned self. So if you're listening to my voice, you are here to be a leader in helping people and navigate change and transformation from their authentic self, from their higher self. And to do that, you are leading your own life from your authentic self and your higher self. So.
as you're growing and scaling your business, one of the biggest things, and when I look at the success of our holistic business school clients, the biggest key that I see to the success is mindset mastery. And that is why we have the holistic life coach certification integrated into the holistic business school. It used to be separated. It was the holistic business school, the holistic life coach school, and people could
be on two different tracks. But then we really noticed the people that were doing both at the same time were getting the best results with growing and scaling their holistic business. So mindset mastery is such a key as we move forward. So having those tools to kind of keep yourself shifted and really so much of what we talk about in the Holistic Millionaire podcast is mindset mastery. So today though, we're going to start to lay the roadmap.

So when we launched the podcast, we talked about the foundation of growing and scaling your holistic business was creating a signature group program to allow yourself to scale joyfully, sustainably. And now we're expanding the roadmap.

And adding these other key elements that we have been working with our clients for years and years. So today we're going to be talking about what are those five steps and the first step and it's the overarching picture is building out a personal brand. People buy things from people, not companies.
A lot of times holistic professionals want to just fly underneath the radar. They don't want to be forward facing, right? But when you're marketing your business online, your face is your storefront. And so being comfortable, being visible and developing your personal brand and what I'm calling it, and we have been working with our clients, we call it the authentic influencer.
So often when I talk to our clients about building out their personal brand, they're like, I don't want it to be about me. I just want to serve my clients. And so when we wrap our heads around it from an authentic influencer, then people are just excited and they come on board. So I want you to embrace that too. This doesn't mean you have to change. It's actually becoming more of who you are and expressing that more directly.
And that's one of the things we do day in and day out with our clients is helping them come into deeper levels of alignment because it's hard to communicate, you know, authentically if you're not in alignment with your authentic self. So that first step is really building out that authentic influencer, your personal brand. And then the second step is your signature program and really developing that we have the seven steps to build out your signature program. And the first thing is
Who is your ideal client? What is the problem you are solving? What is the solution that they're looking for? Again, the biggest pain point for holistic professionals, they're not going narrow enough. They're too broad. They're speaking to everybody. Therefore, they're speaking to no one. So narrowing that niche so you can have that specificity of who you're talking to in your signature program. The other thing is your messaging. Oftentimes, if you don't have the right messaging,

You could have the best program in the world, but your ideal clients are just passing you by because your messaging isn't speaking to them. It's not jumping out at them. You're not communicating clearly enough what you can do to support them. The next key thing in scaling to six and seven figures is sales. And we call it in the holistic business school, sacred selling. And this is selling from authenticity. It's selling from your heart.
And it's selling in a way that doesn't feel like selling. It's about developing authentic connections. In the online space, people are being sold to very aggressively and it just turns people's stomachs and people just shut down. So if you do any kind of that kind of selling, you are not going to get any responsiveness at all.
but really building authentic connections and selling from a place of sacred selling. You will love it. I was talking about a client of ours years ago for her breakthrough sessions. She felt super uncomfortable with them. She wasn't doing the sessions well. She had ideal clients in front of her, but she wasn't signing them into her program. So she continued to really...
you know, do the work to really step into sacred selling in her breakthrough calls. And she eventually ended up loving those sessions so much that they were the favorite thing that she did in her business. She's like, she's like, I could do this all day every day, you know, is have a breakthrough, a sales call, you know, with her potential clients, because she loved the transformational process of the conversation.

having your authentic influencer brand. The second thing is your signature program. The third thing is doing your sacred selling. And then the fourth thing is social media. And this is doing social media again from authenticity, but also strategic. So many people are doing social media where it's not getting them any results. A colleague of mine ended up firing his whole social media team.
because it wasn't producing any results in the business, right? So your social media should produce results, meaning connecting with potential clients, helping converting potential clients that actually reach out to you and want to work with you because of what they've seen on social media. So it actually needs to be strategic and also what we call conversion-based. It's helping someone move along in that decision to sign on to work with you.
And then the final thing is the fun thing for all visionary holistic business owners, and that is systems. Systems allow the business to run smoothly. It also creates that consistency. It also helps with delegation. We were in our business, we were delegating, you know, our team. So initially the team took everything off of my plate.
And then what was happening is the team was getting like, we have too much on our plate. So we're like, we need to get some help for you. So we ended up hiring some virtual assistants. And so we would meet with the virtual assistants and we had everything so documented and systematized that the VA is coming on. They're like, we have never seen this before. And it made it very easy for them to take on, you know, the task because it was so clearly outlined.
And so that's the power of systems. allows you to delegate, get things off your plate, but also more importantly, and this is a lot of times why you don't take things off your plate is because you want it done in a certain way and you're nervous that other people won't do it the way that you want it. That's the beauty of systems is you're giving that step-by-step of doing it in the way that you would do it. It's replicating that, you know, you're permeating

your energy, your brand, your values throughout the whole, all the levels of the business with your systems. You get to have it be the way that you want it to be, which is beautiful. And clients get to have that experience that you're desiring, right? There's so many things that we do in our business that after 14 years of working with clients,
We have specific ways that we do everything in every dimension of the business with marketing, with client delivery, that came from learning. It came from an experience of, we need to do it this way instead. This is going to better support our clients. And it's very like small details that need, you know, to get implemented, but make the biggest difference. All that learning gets refined and integrated back into your systems.
So your roadmap to scale to six and seven figures is to really build out all five of these. And there's layers to each one.
